The effect of the workshop will be to supplement knowledge and exchange experience in the field of road safety assessment at pedestrian crossings and in the vicinity of roads, identification of sources of hazards and threats and their classification with indication of corrective solutions.

The workshop will be divided into 2 topics:

  1. Road Safety Management at pedestrian crossings (EuroS@P project)
  2. Road safety management in the vicinity of roads (InfRo@D project)

In the first part of the meeting, issues related to the implementation of two EuroS@P projects – “European Road Safety Partnership and European Digital Education in Road Infrastructure Management InfRo@D” will be presented:

  • The role of modern teaching and training materials in Road Infrastructure Safety Management
  • A new approach used in the teaching process.
